When do you ship my order?

All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments will be delay by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there are significant delays in shipments due to unforeseen events, we will inform you via email and the website.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, no. We currently ship domestically only.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The estimated delivery timeframe will begin once your order leaves our facility. All of the estimated delivery timeframes are estimations, not guarantees.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Payment can be made by Credit or Debit Card issued by any major issuers. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Elo, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Orders

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel an order, once you've place it, and your order has not shipped yet, please send us an email at onlinestore@maidoardmore.com as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, you can't modify your order once you place it. If you accidentally put the wrong information or address, please contact us at onlinestore@maidoardmore.com as soon as possible. Once your order ships, we can't change anything.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account to place an order, but it would be helpful for you. By creating an account you can track your order easily or have faster checkout for your next purchase.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can check the latest shipping history by clicking on the link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into 'Dashboard', view your order, and click 'Track Order'.

I'm missing an item from my order.

Your order may have been sent in separate boxes. If you have more than two boxes, please check each tracking number on 'Dashboard'.

If an item is missing, please contact our MAIDO Kairashi Shop Customer-Care team by clicking 'Contact Us' with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We'll resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

How Do I Update My Personal Details?

If you log in and then click the Account link at the top , you will be able to update your name, billing address, password, and payment details under your account. Feel free to update this information at any time. For further assistance, please email us at onlinestore@maidoardmore.com.

What Happens If I Forget My Password?

Can't remember your password? Just click the Forgot Password link found on the Login page. You will be asked to provide the email address associated with your account. Once this is confirmed, you will be emailed a link. Click the link to reset your password.
