All orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments will be delay by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there are significant delays in shipments due to unforeseen events, we will inform you via email and the website.

Unfortunately, no. We currently ship domestically only.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

We offer Free Shipping when you meet our minimum amount at the checkout which means, after applying a promo code (if there is any). You can find the minimum amount on the product page, checkout page, or shipping page. Please understand that the minimum amount you need to spend may change without prior notice due to the shipping fee increase or unforeseen changes. This offer doesn’t apply to returns. 

All orders with Free Shipping will use the most reasonable method to ship regardless of available carrier selection.

Pickup Orders

All pickup orders are typically fulfilled within 2 - 5 days. When your order is ready for pickup, we will send you an email.

 

Returns

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • We require you to include the original packing slip or proof of purchase. 
  • Some items are not returnable: hygiene products, gift cards, sale items.

To start a return, you can contact us at onlinestore@maidoardmore.com. If items are defective and wrong, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For all other returns and exchanges, the customer must pay any shipping and handling fee.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I Received Defective, Damaged, and Wrong Items.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Can I Exchange Something? 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

What About Refunds?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
